Search Fields
- Network Name - String

Search for Network name. If no Domain name is specified, the name is searched across all Domain names.
Example:Find all Networks not in "stanford.edu" Search for Network Name = "not *.stanford.edu"
- Network Location - String

Search for the location of a network.
Example:Find all Networks that are off campus or part of administration. Search for Network Location = "Off Campus" or Admin*
- Address Spaces - IP Address

Address spaces are IP address ranges associated with a Network.
Example:Search for all Networks with a private address range (172.24, 172.25, 172.26, 172.27) Search for Address Spaces = "172.24.* or 172.25.* or 172.26.* or 172.27.*" Search for Address Spaces = "172.24/14" should also work, but doesn't - this is a known bug.

Example:Search for all Networks served by campus dhcp service Search for DHCP Service = "campus"
- DHCP Options - Label

For a list of supported DHCP options, click on "Options List" link.
Example:Search for Networks using a log-server Search for DHCP Options = "log-server=*"
- Group - String

To modify a Network, Users must be in the same Group.
Example:Find all Networks that a User in Group English can modify Search for Group = "English"
- VLAN Area - String
- Example:
Search for Networks in VLAN area "campus" Search for VLAN Area = "campus".
- VLAN Number - String
- Example:
Search for Networks with VLAN number in the 300s Search for VLAN Number = "3??".
- Comment - String
- Example:
Search for Network with comment mentioning "special" and "blue" Search for comment = "*special*blue*".
- Address Space - DHCP Options - Label

- Address Space - Group - String

Users must share a Group with an Address Space to assign IP addresses in that Address Space.
Example:Find the address spaces available to a User in English Search for Address Space Group = "English"

- Example:
Search for Networks with an address space comment mentioning "special" and "blue" Search for address space comment = "*special*blue*".
- Dynamic DHCP - Address - IP Address
- Example:
Search for Network with dynamic dhcp addresses in the range 171.64.20.230 to 171.64.20.232 Search for Dynamic DHCP Address = "171.64.20.230 - 171.64.20.232" or Dynamic DHCP Address = "171.64.20.230-232" or Dynamic DHCP Address = "171.64.20.230-2"
- Dynamic DHCP - Address Name - String
- Example:
Find Network with dynamic dhcp address name starting with "st" Search for Dynamic DHCP Address Name = "st*"
- Dynamic DHCP - Address Status - Radio Button
- Created By - String

Created By is the User who created a record. Search by either SUNet ID or full name. For best results, use the unique SUNet ID. Note that only one field can be used at a time.
Example:Find records created by either John Doe(jodoe) or Jane Doe(jadoe) Search for "Created By SUNet ID = jodoe or jadoe" or "Created By Name = Jane Doe or John Doe"
- Created Date - Date

Created Date is the date that a record was created.
Example:Search for records created on January 1, 2000. On or After = 1/1/2000 Before = 1/2/2000
- Modified By - String

Modified By is the last User to change this record. Search by either SUNet ID or full name. For best results, use the unique SUNet ID. Note that only one field can be used at a time.
Example:Find records modified by either John Doe(jodoe) or Jane Doe(jadoe) Search for "Modified By SUNet ID = jodoe or jadoe" or "Modified By Name = Jane Doe or John Doe"

Modified Date is the last time the record was modified.
Example:Search for records modified on January 1, 2000. On or After = 1/1/2000 Before = 1/2/2000
