I think that the Allen reading will be particularly useful for my group's project. Hospital waiting rooms can be chaotic, especially in underserved communities, and it is important to make learning accessible as well as attractive. Additionally, like museums, the diversity of learners is immense, so it is important to take into consideration different means of learning as well as basic roadblocks that such diversity creates such as language barriers.
