Stanford Women's Ultimate

Superfly just placed second in the Northern California Sectionals and we are ready to head to Arizona for regionals next weekend! As we get excited for the rest of the series, check out some photo highlights from this season, below. (Action photos courtesy of Andrew Davis and Chris Van Lang)

Superfly is excited to play in the Stanford Invitational Tournament this weekend! This is our only home tournament all year, so if you're in the Stanford area, we would love to have you come support us! Friends, parents, alumni, and anyone else interested in ultimate are encouraged to stop by at any time during the tournament and find out what Superfly is all about.

Here is our tentative schedule:

• Saturday, March 3
  • 8am vs. UCLA
  • 10am vs. UCSB
  • 2pm vs. Pittsburgh
• Sunday, March 4
  • 8am vs. Washington
  • 9:45am vs. Carleton
  • 11:30am vs. Tufts

All of our games are on the South IM fields, which are the fields right off of El Camino Real.

Superfly just returned from a long weekend in Waimanalo, Oahu. We won the consolation bracket (9th place overall) at the 25th annual Kaimana Klassik!



Superfly got to hang out with three generations of Stanford ultimate players - our current men's team (Bloodthirsty), our alumni men's team (Skeletor), and a 2002 reunion Bloodthirsty team. There were also several Superfly alumni at the tournament on various teams. At the end of the tournament, all of Stanford Ultimate got together to celebrate Skeletor's victory as tournament champions.
