Services

The Services key provides access to the nine menus that are available on the IP Phone. This key's functionality is identical to the Menu soft key.

Access Phone Services

Press the Services key to access the following menus:

  1. Logoff — Used to log you off your phone. See Logoff. See also Login for instructions on how to log into your phone if you are logged off.
  2. Audio — Used to increase or decrease the listen volume of the handset, headset, or handsfree speakerphone and to change the ring pattern. See Audio Adjustment.
  3. Display — Used to increase or decrease the contrast on the display. See Display Adjustment.
  4. Feature — Used to change the labels (not the functions) of the Feature keys. See Feature Keys.
  5. Language — Used to select the language that is displayed on your phone. See Language Selection.
  6. Time — Used to set the Time and Date format that is displayed on your phone. See Time and Date Format Selection.
  7. User — Used to enable or disable Auto Login (see Auto Login) and to change your password (see Password).
  8. History — Used to clear the messages out of your Inbox or Outbox. See History.
  9. Diagnostics — For use by repair personnel only.

Return to the Main Display

  • Press the Quit key.
    The key returns you to the previous level in the menu, so you may have to press it more than once to return to the main display.

Notes

  • The Quit key has no effect on active phone calls.
