Time and Date Format Selection

The phone display shows the time and date. You can choose from several formats as to how this information is displayed.

Select the Time Format

1. On the display, press the Menu soft key.
   
   
2. Press the Down navigation key to scroll down the list and highlight item #6, Time.
   
   
3. Press OK.
   
   
4. Highlight Time Format.
   
   
5. Use the Left and Right navigation keys to view the available formats. When the format in which you want the time displayed is highlighted, press Apply.
   
   
6. If you want to change the date format also, highlight Date Format. Otherwise, press the Quit key to close the menu.

Select the Date Format

1. On the display, press the Menu soft key.
   
   
2. Press the Down navigation key to scroll down the list and highlight item #6, Time.
   
   
3. Press OK.
   
   
4. Use the Down navigation key to highlight Date Format.
   
   
5. Use the Left and Right navigation keys to view the available formats. When the format in which you want the date displayed is highlighted, press Apply.
   
   
6. Press the Quit key to close the menu.
