haploconfig download

The software is for Windows or Linux. Executables for both systems are included in the download.

Winzip will unzip the Windows version. To use the program in linux, unzip and untar the files in an appropriate directory using

gunzip haploconfig.tar.gz; tar xvf haploconfig.tar

-A bug was detected in haplofreq.py 1.0. When the -s option was used, the labels in columns 2 and 3 in the header were switched. For example, running haplofreq.py with -s K, the labels P[K<=K(c)] and P[K>=K(c)] on line 2 of the output file should have been switched. This bug has been corrected in version 1.1. The headers and the numbers now match up.
