Just wanted to put out some instructions for the adding of papers to the website, so that the new folks can do it, and the older folks don't forget. :)
We are each responsible for uploading our own publications, as it is much easier for the person with the original pdf, and sometimes the conferences take forever (if ever at all) to post the documents online.

1) Name your file something appropriate. Most of the files on the website are first author last name, followed by first initial of other authors last names, followed by the year. (i.e. HoutsR2014.pdf for my paper with Rock this fall)

2) Upload file to the website Files->public/publications using the Upload button.

3) Create a new ARL Publication using the link of the left hand column under Create Content.

4) Fill in all the details of your publication, and then link to the paper you just uploaded via the URL field. You can either find it through the files links, or it will look like: https://web.stanford.edu/group/arl/sites/default/files/public/publicatio...

Note 1: for the thesis, instead of uploading and linking, you'll have a link to the library system instead like: http://purl.stanford.edu/SOMENUMBERS&LETTERS
Note 2: There's a direct upload button in the publication thing, but it doesn't add the paper to the publications folder and clutters the list of publications, so it is a lesser option.

5) (optional) Add to lab JabRef (see separate wiki post on that)
