About Us

Club History

Stanford Down with Gravity is the place to juggle at Stanford. We are comprised of Stanford undergraduate and graduate students. We were founded in 2001, and even now, more than 20 years later, we still get together every week on Fridays to practice juggling. We welcome new members and love sharing our passion with anyone who wants to learn how to juggle. Feel free to drop -- especially if you have no experience with juggling. We will provide all of the equipment you need. It's completely free! Last but not least, we also perform. Please email us at stanfordjuggling@gmail.com if you are interested in us performing at your event.

Meet Our Leadership Team

Claire Morton: President

Claire joined juggling club the summer before her sophomore year. She likes passing clubs and teaching people how to juggle. As a very uncoordinated person, Claire is proof that ANYONE can learn to juggle!

Ellie Stalcup: Treasurer

Ask Ellie about their cat!

Steven Brill: Past President

Steven has been a part of Down With Gravity for over four years. He received his PhD in Physics in 2022.
