I acquired this scrapbook on Ebay and finally was able to scan it. I included the front cover and inside front cover, and inside back cover. There was nothing on the outside back cover. Just before the back cover was a small envelope which had been perforated and inserted into the scrapbook with some photos, which i took out and scanned separately (those are the ones on the white background).

Many thanks to the unidentfied fan who put together this scrapbook, and to whoever it was who didn't put it in the trash.
