Purpose of this Guide: This document was developed in order to promote and facilitate the mission of the Rehabilitation Research and Development Center.; It is designed to serve as a practical tool that will provide leverage for you, the Investigator, as you transfer the products, processes, and findings from your projects.

When to Use this Guide

When you need to better understand your role in the transfer process
When you are planning projects and want to increase transfer potential
When you want to transfer a product, process, or finding
When you want to make agreements with outside organizations
When you need to protect the rights and interests of the VA
When you want to know what help you can expect from others.

Look at the bottom of this page. Each page has symbols like this. When the square is black, it means that person should read that page. When the square is gray, reading the page is recommended but not essential. When the square is clear, the page does not apply directly to that individual.
