Wnt Target Genes List formatted as Gene IDs?

Hello-

I was wondering if anyone has the Wnt target genes list formatted with Gene IDs (Entrez gene or otherwise) instead of the gene names/aliases that are found on the Wnt Target Genes list on this site. I need to update an older version of the list which exists in one of our bioinformatics systems, and I'd like to make sure the gene IDs I include are correct- as some of the gene aliases on the list are somewhat ambiguous (ex. does EphB refer to all the gene IDs for EFNB1 - 3?).

Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.
