Cervical mass extends superiorly into the lower uterine body, resulting in stenosis of the endometrial canal; inferiorly, the mass invades the upper vagina. Anteriorly, the mass extends into and likely invades the posterior wall of the urinary bladder. The mass also abuts the anterior serosal margin of the rectum; early rectal serosal extension of tumor is not entirely excluded. No obvious parametrial extension of this cervical mass was noted.
