Using Call Forward on a Multi-line Phone

Call Forward allows you to re-route incoming calls to another Stanford phone.

Note: If you do not have a Call Fwd button, click here.

Activate forwarding

(Do NOT lift your handset.)

1. Press: Call Fwd
   The diamond indicator next to your Call Fwd key flashes.
   
   
2. Dial: 5-digit phone number (where you want calls answered)
   
   
3. Press: Call Fwd
   The diamond indicator next to the Call Fwd key is solid. All calls are forwarded.
   
   

Cancel forwarding

(Do NOT lift your handset.)

1. Press: Call Fwd
   The diamond indicator next to the Call Fwd key goes out. Forwarding is cancelled.
