Amenities |
This property, designed by John K. Branner, was home to two owners from 1921 through 2013. The property’s
lot is situated on two streets, with the front facing Santa Ynez Street and the rear on Gerona Road. The
street level area of the home showcases a formal living room with high ceilings, and a balcony overlooking
the rear landscape as well as the pool area. This area has a library, a formal dining room, a modest
kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. The lower level area has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a family
room, 2 utility rooms and a laundry room. There are access points from this level that lead out to the rear
porch and to the carport area. Further down the rear of the property is the pool that is accessed by curved
steps from the porch at the rear. Its imperfect condition make it the ideal home for a visionary buyer
who loves architecture and history.
