Faculty Staff Help Center

Stanford’s Faculty Staff Help Center offers professional and confidential counseling for individuals, couples, and families, to address both work and personal issues. The center also offers workshops, discussion groups, consultation, and training and facilitation services for difficult conversations. 

All services – including 10 counseling sessions per situation for employees and eligible dependents – are free of charge.
