Shayan Moraveji

Shayan graduated from the University of California, Merced with a B.S. in Molecular and Cell Biology. He is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering at San Jose State University and specializes in medical device design and development. He is currently working with Dr. Griffin and Dr. Steinmetz on the development of a COVID-19 Testing Kit through the utilization of Impedance measurement techniques. Utilizing this technique will hopefully yield test results that are as accurate as PCR testing but with the cost advantage of at-home antigen testing kits.
