David Brady
Professor of Political Science

David Brady, Chair of the Public Policy Program and Associate Director of the Hoover Institution, has written extensively on the political process. His books include Party, Process, and Political Change in Congress (editor), Revolving Gridlock (co-author), Change and Continuity in House Elections (editor), and Public Policy in the 1980’s (co-author). His many articles range from “One Man, One Vote – So What?” in 1969 to “Out of Step Out of Office: Voting and Election in the U.S. House of Representatives” (co-author) in 2002.
