I am a postdoc researcher in Ginzton Lab, Stanford Unviersity. I got my B.S. in physics from University of Science and Technology of China in 2004 and Ph.D in applied physics from Stanford University in 2009

I work in Shanhui Fan's group in Ginzton Lab. My phd research is focused on micro-scale optical isolator and plamonics devices(in collaboration with Prof. Brongersma) I explored the unique light controllability enabled by dynamic photonic structures. Very recently, I got interested in photovoltaic solar cells. I believe that there are promising opportunities using nanophotonic design for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
