I am a second-year PhD candidate in Statistics at Stanford University. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Fudan University, P.R. China. My research interests include Machine Learning, Applied Multivariate Statistics, Monte Carlo and Markov Chain Monte Carlo computation. My advisor is Professor Art Owen. I am currently working on a project with Professor Nancy Zhang on copy number variation in human genome. While pursuing my Bachelor's Degree, I worked with Prof. Zhiliang Ying and PhD Candidate Wen Yu investigating the empirical likelihood method in survival analysis.
