I am a research scientist at the Duke University. I work with Prof. Robert Calderbank and Prof. Rebecca Willett. Prior to coming to Duke, I obtained my Ph.D. from the Stanford University in December 2011, major in Electrical Engineering and minor in Mathematics. I was co-advised by
Prof. David Siegmund and Prof. Andrea Goldsmith.
I am interested in statistical signal processing, signal detection, wireless communications, stochastic networks, information theory, optimization, and medical imaging. I am particularly interested in problems with sparsity, compressed sensing techniques for large scale and high-dimensional problems, and change-point detection.
