I listed Loaiza as a pitcher but you should be fine if Armas starts as well; Armas is 2-0, 1.8 ERA at home.

MLB play:LA Angels over LA Dodgers ML risking 4 units to win 2.5 units

Lackey has faced three of the best pitchers the past 3 starts in Smoltz, Pedro and Dontrelle Willis and his team has won every time. Dodgers are not a good team right now as they won the last 2 games against a struggling and depleted Padres team. Angels are coming off a sweep against Texas and should not have a let down against their bitter rivals.

MLB play:Oakland A's series over San Francisco risking 4 units

Oakland starts three solid pitchers this weekend in Blanton, who has pitched well lately, Haren, and Harden, whereas the pitchers for the Giants are at best mediocre. The A's have won 7 out of their last 10 and are playing well lately. They play much better at home, with a 19-15 record, so I'd be very surprised if they didn't take at least two of three.

WNBA play:Detroit -3 over Washington risking 1 units to win .8 units (bought 1 point at bodog)

I don't watch the WNBA but Detroit is 4-1 at home whereas Washington 1-3 on the road.

WNBA play:Indiana -2 over Minnesota risking 1 units to win .8 units (bought 0.5 points)

Indiana is 5-0 at home whereas Minnesota 2-4 on the road. I've been doing well in the WNBA thus far so let's hope we keep it goin.

Daily Picks: Picks for Wednesday, June 15:

MLB play:Cleveland over Cincinnati ML risking 2 units to win 0.9 units

Sabathia is a very consistent pitcher and Colorado is consistently bad on the road (4-23). Already have Cleveland on the series play so not making this one a huge play. Cleveland has won more than half of their games and should get it done.

MLB play:Chicago White Sox over Arizona ML risking 4 units to win 2.3 units

Big play today! White Sox at home should not get swept against an inferior Arizona team! Garland, pitcher for the White Sox, is 5-0 at home and Rss Ortiz has pitched badly all year.

MLB play:Texas over Atlanta ML risking 2 units to win 1.3 units

Even though Davies has been pitching well for Atlanta, he got roughed up last time (by the horrible Oakland A's) and I think he is starting to lose it after a few good starts. Atlanta is bad on the road (14-20), their bullpen sucks, so as long as Texas can keep it close they have a good shot. Chan Ho Park is 6-1, and Texas has won 8 of 9 at home. In addition, Atlanta has been following this trend of immediately losing 2 in a row after a win for the last month.

MLB play:LA Angels over Washington Nationals ML risking 2 units to win 0.9 units

Colon is a much better pitcher than Drese and the Angels should get it done. Washington is not a good team on the road(14-18) and the Angels should bounce back after losing last night.

Daily Picks: Picks for Tuesday, June 14:

YTD: 5-1, profit 6.2 units

NBA play: Detroit -4 over San Antonio risking 2 units to win 1.9 units

: VERY confident on this play. I really wanted to play this one 5 units but I withdrew my earnings from the past week and only have enough for 2 units:(. If I end up getting the cash I will play this for 5 units. Detroit wins convincingly, bet the house, the farm, the girlfriend on this game. POUND it! Detroit is in a must win situation and they always step up. The fans will be loud and Detroit will get a much needed boost. Detroit will play very desperate and no way do I see them getting swept. They know if they lose this the series is essentially over. They have talented players but their shots have just not fallen. They will get more calls from the refs. In short, I like them for 3 reasons:

-Will get more calls
-desperation
-change of venue

MLB play:Cleveland over Cincinnati series risking 4 units to win 1.7 units (need to win 2 of 3)

OK, I don't really like any baseball games today...but this seems like a great deal. Colorado is 4-23 on the road and it's tough for them to win one game on the road let alone 2 of 3. I'm not going to calculate the probability to winning 2 out of 3 when you're winning at a rate of about 15% of your road games, but its pretty frickin low. Cleveland has won over 50% of their games and is a decent team, and they have won 5 out of their last 6. However, some say that they tend to play down to their competition. Nonetheless they should win at least 2 of 3.

Boston pulled through last night and should again tonight. Don't know too much about the pitchers (not as big a pitching mismatch as last night) but Cincinnati is only 6-22 on the road, Boston 18-9 at home. 'nough said.

Toronto over St.Louis looks tempting but Toronto is an unpredictable team.
