(I have decided to accepted a Richard C. Tolman Prize Postdoctoral Fellowship in Caltech and will move to Pasadena this summer. This site will be discontinued in 2 months but I will provide a link to my Caltech site soon. )

Welcome to my Web site!

I'm a graduate student in physics at Stanford.  I work with professor Aharon Kapitulnik in the Kapitulnik-Geballe-Beasley (KGB) Group in the Geballe Laboratory for Advanced Materials.  My current project consists of the construction of a novel cryogenic fiber optical Sagnac interferometer and using it to measure magneto optic Kerr effect in magnetic materials and to study more exotic broken-time-reversal-symmetry phenomena in unconventional superconductors.  I was previously involved in a project that aims to detect the existence of extra dimensions of the space by measuring gravity force at very small length scales . My work was fabrication (using photo-lithography) of MEMS structures that is used to measure gravity forces between two micro-sized masses separated by 10 microns.
