Although a common resident in mid-range mountain, it still brightened my day every time I saw them busing in and out the tree tops. They frequently enjoy a group feast with several other species of titmouse and small babblers. However, in the breeding season like this early spring afternoon, they prefer act alone to keep the secrecy of their nest. Even under moderate rain, this pair of parent sstill kept bringing back small insects to feed their young, who sat safely in the nest only 6 feet away.
