While every abortion is complex and often wrenching decision for all of those involved, ultimately this difficult decision rests with the woman who carries the child. I believe it is the fundamental right of each individual, to manage his or her fertility, regardless of the individual's income, marital status, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, national origin, or residence.
