Campus housing and the associated meal plan are available only in a full-week package: check-in starts at 10 a.m. on Sunday, June 23, and the first meal included in the plan is dinner that night; check-out time is 3 p.m. on Sunday, June 30, and the last meal included in the plan is breakfast that day. The total fee for on-campus housing and the associated meal plan is $750.
A banquet will be held to conclude the conference on Saturday evening, June 29, in the Ricker Dining Hall. The banquet is open to all conference participants, its cost being included in the registration fee.
For conference participants who live in the Palo Alto area or choose off-campus hotels (see below), two meal plans are available. Plan A will provide lunch (only) at the Ricker Dining Hall on each of the six conference days (Monday through Saturday) for $110. Plan B provides those same six lunches plus dinner on Monday through Friday (remember that the banquet on Saturday night is included in your conference registration fee) for $260. Finally, individual meal tickets for both dinners and lunches at the Ricker Dining Hall will be available for purchase at the time of the conference.
Conference participants who prefer more luxurious off-campus housing can obtain the following preferential rates at local hotels. (In all cases, mention the "Stanford Stochastic Networks Conference" to receive the preferential rate.)
Fees for campus housing and meal plans will be collected later, after participants have arrived, but as part of the on-line registration process you are asked to indicate which of the following arrangements you plan:
