Computational fluid dynamics (CFD), compressible turbulent/multicomponent/reactive flows, combustion modeling,
flow instability, transition and control of turbulent flows.
My current research focuses on the detailed physical understanding of compressible
turbulent mixing and combustion using large-eddy simulation (LES) and the developing
high-order discontinuity capturing numerics.
