Sivaram Ambikasaran

I am a doctoral candidate in the Institute for Computational and Mathematical Engineering at Stanford University. My doctoral advisor at Stanford is Dr. Eric Darve. Before joining Stanford, I did my undergrad at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras in Aerospace engineering. My primary research interests revolve around fast algorithms, numerical linear algebra, inverse modelling and filtering. Starting September \(2013\), I will be joining the Mathematics department at the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences as an Assistant Professor/Courant Instructor.
