CROSSING GUARDS' HOLIDAY

Igor ... offered to take over all crossing guard duties in the week of Thanksgiving. It's such a nice idea that I hope other parents will follow his example: if you want to help but can't commit to a shift for year, maybe you could take over for a week, or for all mornings or afternoons in a week.

Min ... will be a crossing guard alternating Monday afternoons. We still need someone for the other Mondays and it would be nice to have a few PM backups. Do all the parents who use the crossings already do enough volunteering?

Also, if a few of you would like to do traffic safety patrols, pointing out the rules to errant parents and work on your popularity, you're welcome to the clipboard.
