Teaching

"To teach a man how he may learn to grow independently,
and for himself, is perhaps the greatest service that
one man can do another." -Benjamin Jowett

I was a teaching assistant of Prof Walter Murray in the course CS237A Numerical Linear Algebra in Fall 2001 and teaching assistant of Prof Cleve Moler and Prof Kathryn Moler in the course CS138 Matlab and Maple for Science and Engineering Applications Winter 2001 and Winter 2002 again.

In Summer 2004, I served as the instructor for CS137 Introduction to Scientific Computing.

I will be the teaching assistant of Prof Gene Golub in CS336 / CME 324 Advanced Methods in Matrix Computations in Spring 2005.

I am also a newly minted American Red Cross Instructor in Adult, Infant and Child First Aid/CPR/AED. My first class is CPR Saturday 2005 scheduled on March 12, 2005.
