Escondido Village, often simply called “EV,” is the largest graduate community on campus. Studio, low-rise, mid-rise, and high-rise apartments are home to nearly 3,800 single graduate students and graduate students with a partner and/or children.

Rains Houses accommodate nearly 800 students in 2- and 4-bedroom apartments. Schwab Residential Center has 280 studios, primarily for students in the business school.
Lyman Graduate Residences provide 2-bedroom apartments for 224 single students. Crothers & Crothers Memorial Halls will close for renovation in January 2009.
Munger Graduate Residences, opening in 2009, will provide premium apartments for 600 students. Undergraduate co-ops on “the Row” welcome some graduate students each year.
