Adam Sadovsky
Masters Student
Academic:I'm a masters (coterminal) student in the Computer Science Department at Stanford University; my undergraduate advisor was Andrew Ng. My research interests are in the areas of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and bioinformatics, and I previously worked in Daphne Koller's research group, DAGS. Personal:I was born in Jerusalem, Israel, but I moved (with my immediate family) to the United States when I was very young. My dad, Yoel Sadovsky, is a Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences at the University of Pittsburgh and the Scientific Director of Magee-Womens Research Institute, and my mom, Elena Sadovsky, works as a research assistant in his lab. My hobbies include photography, alto saxophone (I played in the Stanford Wind Ensemble), soccer, skiing, and hiking. Links: |
