I'm a PhD student in Strategy and Organizations at Stanford, and I'm interested in a variety of issues related to entrepreneurship: competition and strategic interaction among entrepreneurs, organizational determinants of entrepreneurial activity, and the emergence of new industries and business models. Much of my academic training has been in organization theory with some additional coursework in social psychology and economics. Before beginning doctoral studies, I completed a B.S. and M.S. in engineering at the University of South Florida and an MBA at Stanford. My work experience has primarily been in technology startups and in consulting. Besides research, I enjoy spending time with my family (my wife and three boys).
