Below you can find some software that I have written as part of my work. Most of it (all of it, actually) consists of contributions I made (or am planning to make) to the InsightToolkit (ITK) that have not found their way into the official code base yet.

Fiber tracking in diffusion tensor MR images
April 10, 2006 Diffusion tensor tools. This includes a bug-fixed, functional version of a streamline fiber tracking algorithm, as described in a posting to the ITK Developers mailing list (restricted access). Also includes tensor clustering (averaging) and warped tensor reconstruction tools. Current status: prototype; parts submitted to ITK maintainers. download archive
Multi-label implementation of STAPLE algorithm for ground truth and performance estimation
September 7, 2005 Fully functional version with command line tool example. Current status: no test code yet; submission to ITK delayed. download archive
Averaging of multiple gray-level images
September 2, 2005 Fully functional version, described in a posting to the ITK Developers mailing list (restricted access). Current status: submitted to ITK maintainers. download archive
Tools for atlas-based segmentation
September 2, 2005 Includes a command line tool for 3D multi-resolution curvature-based registration and one that reformats an atlas image based on a previously computed and stored deformation field. Fully functional version, no documentation. Current status: local use only; no submission planned. download archive
