Simulation of the Big Bang: Movies

All movies are in 3D.

This movie shows the initial explosion and the early stages of system formation at the beginning of a simulation.

A simple three particle system with two particles orbiting one another around a center particle. The two orbiting particles eventually collide and are launched away by the slingshot effect. Notice how the white particle seems to wobble, this is caused by the influence of the two orbiting particles on the point of reference.

This starts out as a planet with two moons but eventually loses stability. The strange behavior at the end is due to an invisible particle around the point of reference.
