Really, the credit for this goes to Keith McNelly in New Zealand, who runs the excellent V&B Home Page. Keith uses 1/2 scale basing (1.5" x 1.5" brigade stands, 200 yds./in.) using Heroics and Ros 6mm figures. Number of figures per stand looks like this:
Bases are by Bill's Bases. He makes custom-sized bases in either green or brown with magnetic bottoms.
