Pull up a chair
My name is Noah. Yes, like the ark. Good one. I am currently a student in Biomedical Informatics co-advised by Guenther Walther (Statistics) and Amar Das (BMI). My research is focused on techniques and algorithms for analyzing single cell flow cytometry data. I work very closely with the Herzenberg Lab and the Stanford Shared FACS Facility .
I also host a radio show on KZSU Stanford with my buddy Nick Tatonetti
Before I was a graduate student, I was a software developer in the Herzenberg Lab working on knowledge-based software for designing and planning scientific experiments. Before that I was a student at the University of Maryland, College Park studying Computer Science and Philosophy and doing research in the Intelligent Systems Division of NIST.

Research Stuff
This is what I spend my time doing. One day it will blossom into a thesis that will earn me fame, fortune, and the adoration of woman.
Personal Stuff
I do some other personal things. But if I put them on the internets, are they still personal? This question and more answered after the jump.
