Is it Natalya or Natasha?
I've been asked this enough times, so I thought I'll put it here. In Russian, Natasha is informal for Natalya. Sort of like Robert and Bob, except that the informal name in this case is no shorter than the formal one (quite common in Russian). So, you will see Natalya on my publications and other formal stuff, but everyone calls me Natasha in person, in email, and so on.
