My current research interests involve variouse problems in Magnetic Resonance Imaging. In general, anything that has a spin and involves a magnet is something of interest to me.
However, here are some of the topics I've been working on lately:
  • "Compressed Sensing" in MRI - reconstruction of images from under-sampled data with sparsity constraints. Code .
  • Super field of view problems in MRI - generalization of sensitivity encoding (SENSE) for solving many problems in MR such as artifact correction, fast imaging and more. More details soon....
  • RF pulse design - design of wide-band saturation pulses, spectral spatial pulses, optimallity in rf pulse design. More details soon...
  • Time optimal gradient design - generation of optimal gradient waveforms for imaging and excitation.
  • BOSS fMRI - a steady state method for functional imaging.

    2. tOptGrad_V0.1 - A collection of matlab fuctions, scripts and demos for time-optimal gradient design. Demos include spiral waveforms, circular waveforms and rosette waveforms.
