One of the hiking trails in Zion Canyon switchbacks its way up the canyon wall (including a section appropriately called "Walter's Wiggles") to end up at a viewpoint on the rim, before heading up a steep, narrow ridge of rock sticking photogenically into the canyon with a trail up it, called "Angel's Landing" (definitely not for acrophobes!). That's part of Angel's Landing on the left side of the photo.
