One of those touristy sites. An old lava tube shoots up water when waves enter it, and crowds of tourists gather to watch. The native Hawaiians attached some mythology involving some sort of monster living in the hole to the place. It does make an amusing noise when it blows, though; too bad it can't be captured in a photo.
