Did I mention that it rained a lot when we were in the Lofoten Islands? The name of the town should have a circle over the A, but my keyboard doesn't have one. It is the last letter in the Norwegian alphabet, and the town itself is at the end of the road at the end of the Lofoten Islands (except for a couple of small ones without a road connection), hence its unusual name.
