Ancient Aizanoi (modern Aezani) is one of the more obscure ruined ancient cities in Turkey. It has an excellent Temple of Zeus (whose arched-vault basement was perhaps also a temple to the anatolian goddess Cybele), with hardly any tourists. (Admittedly, it is pretty much in the middle of nowhere...)
