Sunset at the ruins of the ancient Roman-era city of Hierapolis (Phrygia), now near Pamukkale. The area was famous for its hot springs, both then and now, and the edge of the plateau that the ancient city is on is covered with weirdly interesting white mineral deposits caused by the highly mineral-laden water running off of it.
