Near the town of Phang Nga is a wonderful park for a day hike, Sa Nang Manora Forest Park. There's great jungle (with giant snakes and giant lizards - we saw some), cascades, and caves in limestone cliffs, all accessible by trail. There was almost noone else there, which helped. Near the start of the trail was this picnic table, in surroundings that I don't believe I've ever seen a picnic table in before.
