This was a test of the NPC conversation libraries that eventually became part of Weishaupt Scholars: Prologue. It became an Inform 7 practice project later. About half the NPC conversation code winds up being a standard worked example in the I7 manual. The remainder -- dealing with the reaction menus that WS:P used -- has been recoded as the Reactable Quips extension. The kitten in the cover art is named Lynxie, but has no other relation to this work.
