Oct 18-21 2007 - Indian Creek [Alex pics]

Really awesome trip to Indian Creek, lacking only Polly who was out east for a fellowship interview. Pimped the white dodge caravan from Salt Lake with Ryan, Colin, and Matty.

Thurs: noon start, found Kate lurking near the Supercrack parking. Went and checked out Way Rambo area. Lead train up Blue Sun, also did the Monk (not "hands"), Colin measured up on Cockometer, and I almost got Slice and Dice on first go. No time for the namesake pitch, maybe next time.

Fri: Supercrack area. Bryan P in parking lot! Did 3am crack, Bryan and Colin did No-name crack, Matty and Ryan both lead Incredible Hand Crack, I led Coyne Crack, Bryan led Supercrack, and I got Kate to run across the canyon and do Swedin-Ringle with me (which finally felt mellow!).

Sat: Alex, Clint, Erika, Darko and New Mexico crew up at Reservior Wall, so we went up there. I led Excuse Station, Middle Crack, and the unnamed finger crack on the corner of the buttress, which Erika followed as the weather got nasty.

Sun: Cat Wall. Warmed up on Unnamed left-facing corner, Colin and Ryan did Cat Man Do, got Johnny Cat on first go, hung on Pinky Groovy. Then back to the van, SLC, and Matt's aunt and uncle's 12 x 8 foot HD TV, which might have been the highlight of the entire trip.
