Aug 18th-20th 2007 - Backpacking in southern sierra
Hooked up with Charlie and Kaman for an eventful weekend of backpacking in the southern sierra. All of us did some part of the loop from Onion Valley to Whitney. For some it was less a backpacking trip and more an altitude-sickness/food poisioning biathalon. But it was pretty, and beautifully clear, and everyone was friends in the end. Pics:
