Susy is a 25 year-old Quality Assurance Software Engineer, currently living in Palo Alto, California.

Mark is a 28 year-old Technical Writer and Computer Instructor, also currently living in Palo Alto, California.

The wedding date is set for June 18, 2000 and will take place at Memorial Church in Palo Alto, CA. The reception will be held at the Grill at the Stanford Golf Course.

HOW THEY MET: "We first met in 1993 at an 'informational meeting' for the Stanford Band, which turned out to be a field rehearsal. We were both in the Clarpic Section, and once Mark found out that I was from the state of Washington, he had an excuse to talk to me."

Their engagement was announced on December 22, 1999.

Hawaiian Love Song

The wedding theme/colors will be Teal and Wine. The bride will wear a raw silk gown and the groom will be dressed in a black tuxedo. The bridesmaids will wear teal colored angel skin satin dresses and the groomsmen will be suited in black tuxedoes. The flowers will be La Minuet Roses, white and pink roses, and Stargazer lilies. The reception menu features dinner and music.
