I am currently working as a bioinformatics and biostatistics scientist in Professor Atul Butte's lab -Systems Medicine Division Pediatric department at Stanford University. I have over 9 years of working experience in clinical research and translational bioinformatics involving diagnostic assay and noval therapeutical targets discovery. My expertise is in biomarker discovery by integrative bioinformatics using genomics, genetics, antibodomics, proteomics high-throughput data and clinical relevance as well as develops and designs multi-center clinical retrospective and perspective trials with over 40 peer-reviewed publications including PNAS, Nature Methods, Nature Biotechnology, JASN, and AJT.
My studies on developing novel diagnostic biomarker for tolerance, rejection post-transplantation cross-organ and steroid-avoidance treatment clinical studies have been awarded The Young Investigator Award in 2008, 2009, and 2010 in American Society of Transplantation, the Distinguished Research Fellow in 2009, and The Transplantation Society (TTS) Astellas Young Investigators Award in 2010. At my graduate school, my software ZDOCK+ RDOCK protein docking package has been licensed by Accelrys Inc. Check the software in Accelrys and more information in Here.
