I began formal training in art at the age of 9 at Mission Renaissance, and continued to hone my skills at Harvard-Westlake high-school. I've also painted in the puerto rican rain forrest with the Boston School of the Museum of Fine arts. Additionally both in college at Harvard and at Stanford, I took courses in printmaking and painting respectively. My favorite medium is oil.

I've worked in various mediums, including, but not limited to: oil paints, water based oil paints, acrylics, guash, water colors, aquarelles, colored pencils, conte, pastels, oil pastels, charcoal, pen, ink, pencil, linolium prints, woodcut prints, photo etching.
